Exactly what I need after a long week at school, a swim. MOM: Oh, that's a good idea, but work before play, chores first. I asked you yesterday to pick up the toys around the pool. Remember that?
And weed and water the garden. So you need to do that first. What? But those are Sally's toys. They are not mine. MOM: You are the babysitter, Heather.
What's hers is yours. Remember, work before play. Fine. [Play] Why would Sally have a doll all the way over there?
Oh, a broken doll. This broken doll and I have something in common. I too feel broken after a long day of school. Didn't Sally tell you once that if you throw a broken doll
into the pool, it will grant you a wish or something? Why not give it a try? OK, broken doll, I wish that I won't have to do any more chores for today, and I could just relax and have fun.
Thank you. [SPLASH] [GASP]. My goodness!
Wait. What? Who is that? It was me. [GASP]
This feels much more refreshing. I have been trying to inch back into the pool all afternoon. Sally was right. Since you threw me into the pool, I may grant you one wish. You wish to be free of your chores.
So come and join me in this underwater world. And we shall play together. Wait. Wait a minute. If anyone sees me talking to a doll, they'll think I'm crazy. And plus, you heard my mom.
I can't have fun right now. I have to do chores and clean. Work before play. Plus, I have my favorite outfit on. I can't get it wet.
No problem, Heather. I have got your back. There is an app for that. Wait. What? Really?
DOLL: You can join me and for some virtual underwater fun and not even step into the pool. [BEEP] Consider it done. [GASP] The underwater app.
It's on my phone. Whoa! [MUSIC PLAYING] Let's go. [GASP] Really?
OK. [BEEP] [MAGIC SOUND]
Whoa, this is so cool. I am not wet at all. I'm perfectly dry. [PLAY] [BUBBLING]
Wait a second. What's happening? What just happened? I thought I was in the app last time I checked.
[BUBBLING] [SCREAM] Oh my goodness, it shattered out of nowhere. It's broken. How does this even happen?
Oh, no, mom's coming back. She wants to check on my chores. Oh, no. MOM: Oh, Heather, I see you've got a start on that refreshing dip.
[ELECTRONIC SOUND] Oh, you've done a good job with toys. This one's broken.
You might as well just throw it out. Oh, no, that's OK. Actually, it may be broken. But its spirit is not broken. You know, I think Silly Sally will still have lots of fun with it.
[BELL] Hey, everyone. It's Heather. So this week's theme on SevenPerfectAngels was The Broken Blank.
So I really hope you guys enjoyed my video. Here are your shout outs from the last week's video. [MUSIC PLAYING] For a possible shout out in my next week's video, comment down below.
If you could have one wish from the broken doll, what would that wish be? And it can't be that you could have a million more wishes. All right, guys, I hope you have a great week, and I will see you guys next Sunday. Bye.
[KISS]
The year was 1970.
For her 25th birthday, Deidre Bernard received what, at the time, would have appeared a quirky and fun present - a Raggedy Ann doll. Her mother had given it to her in the hope that it would bring cheer to her daughter’s apartment whilst she was studying to become a nurse. The gift was well-received. The following morning Deidre placed the doll on her bed, with its arms and legs stretched
out. However, after just a few days of this new routine, Deidre started to notice something peculiar: every morning she would leave her Raggedy Ann doll seated with limbs stretched out, yet, every night she would return to find the doll's arms and legs in different positions. Sometimes the doll’s legs would be crossed.
Occasionally its arms would crossed and resting in its lap. Then, there were the times when Deidre would find the doll’s arms pointing outwards, almost as though it was silently gesturing to something… The doll’s activity grew odder still. It began to move to different rooms of its own accord. It was at this point that everyone in the apartment began to feel the eerie effect of
the Raggedy Ann doll. One night Deidre returned home with her roommate Lara Clifton, also a trainee nurse, and her fiance Cal Randell. Upon opening the door, they found the doll kneeling before them on a chair. It sat there, staring at them with its big, black eyes. Despite having been left, as usual, on Deidre’s bed, the doll had moved.
Bothered by the doll’s inexplicable relocation, they moved the doll and tried to make it kneel again. However, as the rag doll had no joints with which to kneel, each time they positioned it, it flopped over. The only conclusion they could draw was that some force had been keeping the limp legs of the doll in the kneeling position.
From then, the occurrences grew stranger still. Notes, written in pencil on parchment paper, began to manifest randomly around the apartment. The messages included phrases like “help us” or “help Cal”. Strangely, neither Deidre or her roommates could link these messages to an emergency or urgent situation to attend to at the time. Not only that, none of them kept pencils or parchment paper anywhere in the apartment.
Assuming that someone was breaking into their home to play a trick on them, Deidre and Lara began leaving marks around windows and doors. They also rearranged furnishings, all in the hope that, if anyone did enter the apartment, they would leave a trace. All was to no avail. The doll continued to teleport from room to room and change its posture frequently One
day, they arrived home to find the back of the doll’s hand covered in something which they could only discern as blood. Its hands were bloody, with three distinct spots of blood on its chest. Understandably, the young women were terrified. In need of resolution, Deidre and Lara contacted a psychic medium for help. The clairvoyant claimed to have channeled the spirit of a seven-year-old girl from the
doll. It was said that she used to play in the area, long before the houses were built, back when all that was there were fields. Many happy hours were passed in childish innocence until, all of a sudden, it mysteriously came to an end. Since her death, the child spirit had wandered the fields.
Once the apartments were built upon them, its halls became a lonely place for her to haunt. The pace of modern life meant everyone was at work all the time, leaving the spectral girl with no one to play with. But then, one day, two young women moved in and brought with them a playful looking Raggedy Ann doll.
Finally she had something to play with, and more so, young people who would be more sympathetic and allow her to play with them. Through the vessel of the psychic medium, the spirit girl asked if she could live in the doll and be with Deidre and Lara. Touched by her story, the two women said yes to the little girl, whose name was Annabelle Higgins.
That was when the haunting truly began. The doll became Annabelle, and the two young women started to treat it like a living, breathing being. It was no longer a doll, but Annabelle - a young and lonely girl. Regardless of the nurses’ compassion, Cal, Lara’s fiance, was convinced that no good would come from this.
He saw it as a voodoo doll of sorts, whose ambition was to trick and take advantage of them. Annabelle saw that he was a threat, and so she turned her malevolent gaze upon him. In the weeks that followed, Cal was plagued with nightmares and ill feelings. One night he awoke to see the doll Annabelle gliding over his semi-conscious body. Before he could react, its hands were around his neck.
The doll’s big, black eyes stared into his, as its grasp sought to sap the life from Cal’s body. As hard as he pushed against Annabelle, the doll would not move - it was as if he were pushing a wall. After much effort, Cal managed to free himself. However, Annabelle would not forget his insult so easily.
Soon after that incident, Cal was alone with Lara one night in the apartment. After hearing a noise coming from Deidre’s bedroom, Cal went to investigate the source of the sound. There was nobody in there, except for Annabelle, which had been tossed on the floor in the corner of the room. Alone, he walked over to the doll.
It was then that he claimed he was physically attacked: doubling over in pain, Cal felt the searing sensation of seven “claw” marks being etched into his chest. When Lara found him, there was blood “all over his shirt”. By now, it was becoming increasingly clear that Annabelle’s attacks were escalating, and that all of their lives were in danger. Deidre, Lara and Cal contacted their local priest.
He in turn contacted his superiors, who passed on the story of Annabelle to the paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren. Upon arriving at their apartment and listening to their testimonies, the Warrens diagnosed the happenings as the result of demonic infestation. There had never been an Annabelle; instead, it was all the trick of a demonic, “inhuman spirit” delivered through the mouth of an unsuspecting medium.
As Deidre and Lara had agreed to let the entity possess the doll, it had received the permission required to be able to inflict harm. The Warrens further stated that if the situation had continued unchecked, the demonic entity would have probably killed them all within a “week or two”. Thus, Ed contacted the priest and requested an exorcism of the apartment. The priest duly exorcised and blessed the apartment and its residents.
At Deidre’s request, the Warrens took the doll home with them. Whilst Deidre, Lara and Cal were now free of the malevolent entity, for Ed and Lorraine it was only the beginning. Annabelle was placed in the back seat of the car. Within no time at all, the Warrens felt the presence of the demonic spirit in the car with them.
Angry, it plagued the car, making it stall and causing the power steering and brakes to fail. At times, Ed claimed he lost all control of the car. Several times during the drive, they came close to a fatal accident. The third time that the car stalled, Ed pulled out a vial of holy water from his equipment bag and splashed the demonic doll with it.
For the rest of the car journey home, the demonic spirit did not bother them. Once home, Ed placed Annabelle in a chair next to his desk. The Warrens have stated that over the next few days, the doll levitated and teleported between different rooms of the house. Not only that, one time whilst home alone, Lorraine reported hearing “loud, rolling growls that reverberated throughout the house”.
On one occasion, a priest visited to talk with the Warrens about their recent case involving Annabelle. During the discourse, the priest picked up the doll and said: “You are just a rag doll, Annabelle. You can’t hurt anything.” With a laugh, Ed warned him not to say such a thing again.
When it was time for the priest to leave, Lorraine took special care to tell him to drive carefully. She claimed that her clairvoyance had “discerned tragedy for that young priest.” A few hours later the priest's car was totaled in a near fatal car accident after his brakes had failed. In the years that followed, more incidences of paranormal phenomena were said to have
occurred around Annabelle, including at least one death. The situation became so dangerous that Ed and Lorraine had Annabelle encased in a glass box, with the warning: “Positively do not open.” Such is the tale of Annabelle the doll. This is the story that has been recounted by various writers, most notably Gerald Brittle,
who based his book on the Warren’s own case files and exclusive interviews with the husband and wife duo. In the years that have followed, the tale, despite its almost fantastical elements, has been presented as unquestionably true. In 2014, these allegedly true events inspired the prequel to the much-beloved Conjuring horror movie.
However, the actual evidence for Annabelle the doll being infested by an inhuman demonic spirit is scant. Beyond the testimonies of the Warrens and a Raggedy Ann doll locked away with a warning written in scary font, there is little to prove the truth of the story. Certainly, even confirming the names of those involved is a difficult task. Depending on where one looks, Deidre changes into both “Donna” and “Debbie”.
Asides from these inconsistencies, the Warrens initial handling of the cases raises alarm bells. When they first met with Deidre and the others, little or no evidence was collected. Their testimonies were taken at face value, meaning that demonic infestation was the first, and only, conclusion to be drawn. Of course, one can argue that Lorraine’s clairvoyance allowed her to confirm what they
said. But, is this really enough to convince skeptics? Whilst Deidre, Lara and Cal can be said to have had no motive to lie, misinterpretation or misremembering were never consider a possibility by the Warrens. As for the spiritual relief felt after the priest exorcised the apartment, this could be attributed to the natural positive effect - regardless of the situation - of a priest’s
presence to the religious. With such a shaky base, the most cynically minded might even question the very existence of Deidre, Lara and Cal in the first place. Certainly, it is not necessarily a wise policy to automatic trust the word of the Warrens. Ed and Lorraine Warren have always been regarded as sincere and kind-hearted people. However, since founding the New England Society for Psychic Research in 1952, their work has
attracted much criticism and controversy. Indeed, they profited greatly from book sales, ticket-only evening events, tickets sales to their exclusive museum, and $5,000 lectures they conducted in the 1990s. All this being said, it is unfair to deny the couple an income. After all, Ed and Lorraine dedicated much time to their paranormal research - it would have been impossible for them to have explored all the cases they did had they not treated
it as a job. Even to this day, at the age of 90, Lorraine is still active, hosting the occasional lecture and evening event. Providing that the Warrens were honest and professional in their research and fair in their fees, it is unreasonable to criticise them for making a living. Yet, it is precisely the matter of honesty and professionalism which has aroused the
suspicions of some who have encountered the Warrens. The Warrens’ occult museum is claimed to be the “oldest and only museum of its kind”, having attracted attention from across the globe. Undoubtedly, it is the jewel of the Warrens work. It is in this museum that Annabelle is housed. During an interview sometime before Ed passed away in 2006, Ed and Lorraine showed many
of the items in their collection to an interviewer. One of the objects discussed was an alleged original “Books of Shadows”, the Necronomicon. In spite of Ed’s assertion that the Necronomicon book contains English translations of old and dangerous incantations, it is widely known to be a fictional grimoire published by an unknown author in 1977. In the years afterwards, it was independently denounced as fraudulent by many members of
the occult community. By stitching together fiction with material from older sources, the book is “a well-constructed hoax”, being known to have duped several wannabe paranormal practitioners, including, it seems, the Warrens. Not only is the Necronomicon a literary hoax, but the claim that it is a Book of Shadows is misleading.
Rather than be a collection of ancient and dangerous spells and rituals, Books of Shadows are associated with the Neopaganism movement of the 1940s and 50s, and usually contain religious texts and white magic. For someone who made a career off paranormal research, investigations and knowledge of the occult, it seems like quite a rookie mistake for Ed to have made. As such, some have drawn the conclusion that the “Necronomicon” “Book of Shadows”,
and many of the other items in the Warrens’ Occult Museum, are merely the stuff of Halloween horror stories - juicy morsels of sensational horror which serve the purpose of drawing in visitors to their museum. Annabelle the doll, an item in that museum, could very well serve this same purpose. Yet, as serious a folly as it might seem for a pair of paranormal experts to present a well-known hoax as real, let us not judge too harshly.
After all, every now and again everyone makes mistakes: human errors should not be what defines our intellect or our ability to scrutinise. Perhaps it is more prudent, then, to investigate the ethics of the Warrens. It is here, however, that possibly the most damning piece of evidence against Ed and Lorraine can be found. In 1992 novelist Ray Garton published the book, "In a Dark Place: The Story of a True
Haunting”. The focus of the story, a possession case involving the Warrens, would eventually go on to inspire the 2009 horror film "The Haunting in Connecticut". The story told of the Snedekers, a family whose home was possessed by ghosts and demons. According to the book, the grip which these dark entities had on the family was so strong that the family were sexually molested by the beings.
However, the extent of the “truth” behind this “true” story is questionable, with much of the evidence against the Warrens coming from the author himself. During an interview for "Horror Bound" magazine, Garton explained how he worked closely with both the Warrens and the family whilst writing the book. However, after interviewing the family members about their experiences, the novelist encountered a problem:
"I found that the accounts of the individual Snedekers didn't quite mesh. They couldn't keep their stories straight. I went to Ed with this problem. 'Oh, they're crazy,' he said…. 'You've got some of the story — just use what works and make the rest up… Just make it up and make it scary.'"
In the interview, Garton admitted that he did what Ed told him. "I used what I could, made up the rest, and tried to make it as scary as I could." Perhaps it is all slander. Either way, the claims of Garton and other instances of doubt, do tarnish the trustworthiness of the Warrens’ word. And, unfortunately, in the case of Annabelle, the Warrens’ word is all we have.
As such, the case of Annabelle the doll can only be regarded as, at best, dubious. Thank you for watching. If you enjoyed this and think others may do too, please share this video on social media. Remember, the more you know, the more there is to fear.
Hello Man Sewing fans.
It is career day here in Hamilton. And look at this. My lovely daughter Ruby is here to teach all of you how to make a wonderful tutorial. But before we move any further, we are going to work on a very basic project. And this is going to go start to finish. A lot of these steps are the two of us working together as a daddy daughter team making this
quilt. So parents watch closely for some of the things I experienced while my daughter taught me how to make today’s tutorial. Rob: So Ruby, take it away my love. What are we making? Ruby: Ok, we’re making a quilt to go along with our ruffle which is in another video.
And this is our doll bed all together. Rob: It’s wonderful. Ruby: In which we used a plastic bin on the bottom which has a lot of like doll clothes and food and stuff like that for her. Rob: All of your doll accessories. Ruby: Yes.
Rob: But we’re going to focus in this tutorial on Ruby: The quilt Rob: The quilt it is. Ok so why don’t you hold this, ok? I’ll move this out of our way. She’ll take another little nap down there for us while we’re ready. So this is the quilt we’re going to work on.
And we did use pre cut fabrics because I’m not a giant fan of rotary cutting with small children yet. She’s not small but I just don’t want her to grow up. So there we go. We used pre cuts, five inch squares. And are you ready to show them how to do the layout?
Ruby: Yes. Rob: Ok, so let me move this again for you. Ruby: And we did a five by six. Rob: Good point. So this fabric line is Free Spirits fabric line. It’s called Sadie’s Dance Card.
And I actually gave Ruby several choices of collections to work with. Ruby, why did you pick this one? Ruby: Because it’s some of my favorite colors and I really thought they went well together. Rob: Fantastic. That’s, couldn’t think of a better reason Ruby: And something to say is we chose this for our quilt because the back of it is this.
So we’re not using these in the quilt because we don’t want it to interfere with this. Rob: Exactly. That’s a great design decision. So we didn’t want it to blend in too much to our backing or what we’ll be using as our binding as well. Ok.
So Ruby went ahead and put together a five by six layout. You can tell I’m having a hard time letting her be the star today. When you were doing your layout was there anything special you were looking for? Ruby: Well not putting like two of the same fabrics together because they put it with, there’s two of each in the layer so you would never want to just put two of the same together.
Rob: Oh so you’re saying these may be too similar Ruby: Yes. Rob: Got it. Now you’re also saying that in your pre cut pack, not all pre cuts are this way. But in her pre cut pack she had multiples of the fabrics so she didn’t want to make them match up.
I think is what she worked hard on. And do you have a favorite fabric in this whole set? Ruby: This one is my favorite fabric Rob: Right. Ok. And why? Ruby: Because it’s my favorite color.
Rob: It’s as easy as that quilt makers. You fall in love with it and you use it. Now I personally like that one because it brings off the elements of the dots and the flowers together. But that’s because I’ve been studying design for a long time. So it’s a fantastic line.
Thanks again, Free Spirit. So if you’ve never made a quilt before, she’s putting together the design here. What is, well I’m sorry I got carried away. The first step was the pre cutting. So was all cut. So what is step two if you’re building a quilt?
Ruby: Putting the cubes or squares together. Rob: Ok. Is there a trick to that? Ruby: Right sides together. Rob: Ok Ruby: Like that. Rob: Fantastic.
Because if you put your right sides or the printed sides together it will hide the seam. Ok. Are you going to do it on the sewing machine? Ruby: Yes. Rob: Fantastic. She’s using a quarter inch seam allowance whether she knows it or not.
I put an edge guide on my machine so that she just has to park the fabric up against the edge guide. So it’s very easy for her to stay accurate. Now you’re doing great. Did you use any special tricks when you were lining up your fabrics or anything? Ruby: Just to make sure that they were perfectly together
Rob: Ok Ruby: Ya that’s basically all. Rob: Great. Great. So you use these edges to get the top and the bottom to line up? Ruby: Yes. Rob: Great.
And I forgot to turn our iron on. So I’m just getting it warmed up real quick. So what would happen after that piece? And then I’ll show them how to press that in a second. But what would be the next step? Ruby: Then you just keep on adding on.
Rob: Any old way or do you have to keep it in order? Ruby: Well you just, so you have this and then you just put the next one on top. And you just keep on sewing like that until you have your row together. And then you just sew the rest of the rows. And then after that you put the two rows together and sew those which we’re going to show you.
Rob: Here why don’t you get those parts ready real quick. Now here’s one of my teaching tips. Remember a lot of us parents know so much about quilting we forget some of the basic steps. So what we did is we just took a big space and I let Ruby work through piece by piece by piece.
I didn’t make her stack it into piles and number the rows or columns or anything like that. I wanted her to work as organically and natural as possible so I could learn how kids and beginners learn how to make quilt projects. So it was really fun just to put everything out. And she just returned to the quilt each one to make sure it was just as she wanted.
So, oh and before you sew it together, will you teach us how? Ruby: To do what? Rob: Put the two major rows together. Wasn’t there a trick you were showing me? Ruby: To first of all line them up and right sides together. And also to get both seams as straight as you can together.
This one, on the last one is not that even but I’m going to try to just Rob: Do you want to try to put a pin or two in there? Ruby: Sure Rob: Ok. So she was talking about lining up her seams like this. And so what we ended up doing, some of them line up real nicely. And some of them are off a little.
So we just put a pin at each seam. Starting from one end working down. So that the seams wouldn’t shift as she was working through. So we need a couple more pins. Ruby: Ok Rob: I think I need two more, please. You’re doing a great job, by the way.
You having fun? Ruby: Uh huh! Rob: Good. Ok. So are we lined up? Ruby: Yes.
Rob: Ok. And so what she was talking about was this seam has gone a little further. But we can cheat that in a little. And sometimes that just comes from how we piece with our pre cuts too. Ouch, and I just poked myself. Ok.
Careful, those pins are obviously sharp today. Ok. So she’s going to start up on one end again. And start putting her rows together. That is a tip from a sewing machine mechanic. She likes to stop before she sews over the pin and remove the pin because she grew up
listening to me talk about removing pins from sewing machines. Can I ask you a question while you’re concentrating? Ruby: Yes. Rob: Ok, do you find it’s easier to go fast or slow? Do you have a preference? Whoa, I think Ruby: This is a
Rob: Slower, huh? Ruby: Ya this is a sensitive foot, so. Rob: It is. If any of you have speed controls at your machines at home you can slow your machine down for a beginner because it really, we don’t want to overwhelm them. There’s so much they’re focused on.
And they’re having so much fun with the design process. We want to let them enjoy the, enjoy the quilt coming together and not being intimidated by their power tools. I like how you manipulated that seam through there too. Ok. Rob: Ok, looks good.
Ruby: Dad, we still have to iron it. Rob: Oh, that’s right, we forgot to show them the ironing earlier too, didn’t we? Because I was waiting for the iron to warm up. So here we have our two squares. This is one of my favorite pressing tricks, ok? I come from the machine with both of my right sides still together, ok?
And then what I do is I lay my iron inside. And that kind of helps set that seam. And then it presses it right over that way. If you’ve never heard the term, press to the dark side. It’s always nice if you can have your fabric press over so the seam is hidden by the darker fabric.
So that’s putting two pieces together. Now let’s do it over here. Ruby: Can I do this one? Rob: Sure can. Let’s try not to get too tangled up in our microphones. That’s ok.
We can do it together. Same trick, just a longer row. Oop, oop. Ready, it’s hot. Looking good. And we’re going to build all of this up so we had our five by six layout.
Let me help you. Ok, I’ll trade you spots. I got it. Ok? Good. Not tangled.
Oh good we’re a team. Give me five on that one. Nice. Ok so here we go. Now I want to talk about one more little thing. Something like this.
Look at how beautiful your seams lined up, right? So that’s why we pinned those. Now sometimes we might have a seam like this that maybe if you were a really precise quilter would bother you or something like that. Ruby: And this one. Rob: Oh is that the one?
That’s the one we found earlier too. Ruby: Yes. Rob: Check this one out. Ok so you know what, it pieces together just fine. If your beginner quilter is happy with the results let them roll through it, right? If your beginner quilter looks concerned about it though, that would be a great time to teach
them how to operate a seam ripper and realign it. We did some realigning in our quilt. And we left some seams in our quilt too because we just were enjoying the process. So you want to show them the finished quilt top, what it looks like? Right here I brought that up while you were working on your piecing, ok? Ruby: This is after we sewed all the rows and we did a stitch in the ditch.
Rob: Correct, we did stitch in the ditch for our machine quilting. And we did use a walking foot. But let’s talk a little bit more about the basting and the backing before we describe the quilting, what do you think? Ruby: Ok Rob: Because those are the in the order steps. So once you have your quilt top done you’re going to get a backing.
Ok, you want to show them the backing? You showed them earlier. Beautiful. That’s that wonderful dot that was part of the Sadie’s Dance something line. Flip it back, please. Excellent.
If you look very closely right over here under my ironing board. I have a two inch, specifically a two inch perimeter all the way around of. So the backing is two inches larger than the quilt top. We’re going to teach you today how to use our backing as our binding as a matter of fact. Making it just one more simple step in our quilt making process.
So what Ruby was starting to tell you is she did the backing and the batting, like I said, at least two inches larger on the batting. Definitely two inches larger on the backing itself. What are those safety pins used for? Ruby: It’s to hold the backing and well basically the quilt before it’s sewed together. Rob: You’re exactly right.
Ruby: And like before we did the stitch in the ditch. Rob: Do you remember when we put those pins in, what that term is called? Ruby: No. Rob: It was called basting. So we went through and we basted with the safety pins. And what we chose to do, what was our method?
Ruby: We started in the middle and then we did every other one. Rob: That’s exactly right. Ruby: And we just smoothed it out and then we put the pin in. Rob: She really remembers that because we did, we would work with our hands to make sure we pressed it out, smoothed it out nice. Put a pin in every other square that holds all the layers.
And then this device is called a walking foot. And it rides on your machine if you don’t have one built in already. And what it does is it helps all the layers stay together. Because we did stitch in the ditch. And that term is where we lay our thread for our machine quilting in the actual ditch or in the seam allowances.
And there’s another trick to that. Do you want to teach them the trick to how we do stitch in the ditch? Or do you want me to do it? Ruby: What’s stitch in the ditch? I forgot. Rob: I’ll tell you and then you tell them.
Ruby: Ok Rob: I went up, actually she did all the sewing on these projects. She went up one end this way and then came, ready take it over. Ruby: And then I came down these ways. So I would go up and then I would turn it around and I would go down. And then I’d go up.
Rob: That’s exactly right. Why did you do that? Ruby: To make it easier. Rob: Correct. And to keep things from shifting around so that everything finished nice. There was one last thing we did is we also stopped about a quarter of an inch back from
the edge of the quilt all the way around because we need to trim this batting out of the way. Are you ready to trim the batting out of the way? Ruby: Uh huh. Rob: Ok so that actually really requires a couple of people. If you’re working as a team it’s easier is maybe what I’m trying to say. So she’s already got her hands ready.
Here let’s slide it a little closer to me so it’s easy for me, ok? She’s going to hold the backing away from my scissors. I’m going to take the batting and keep it off of her fingers. Those are two important tips ladies and gentlemen. And now you’re clear? Ruby: Uh huh.
Rob: I’m slightly pulling the batting out of the quilt top as I go. And I’m just scissor trimming this. Now I have done this method before where I fold it back when I’m working by myself and I rotary cut the batting out of the way. But you have to be very cautious. Having Ruby’s hands here keeping that backing safe from my scissors is very very helpful.
So we trim all four sides of the batting out of the way. And then we’re going to prepare to teach you how to do the fold or the self binding. Do you want to show them how to do that? Ruby: Yes. Rob: Ok so what are they going to do first after we trim all the extra batting out? Ruby: So you just take the back and you fold it over once to the edge of the quilt.
Rob: I’ve got that side. Ruby: And then you just fold it on top of it. And then you just sew along the edge. Rob: That’s right. Where did you put your needle when you were sewing along the edge? I know you were going to show them here in a second when you show them how to do the
corners. Ruby: Like right here. Rob: Ya, right on the edge, right? Ruby: Yes. Rob: Right. Was it hard?
Ruby: No Rob: I didn’t think so. Ok, let me trim this batting out of the way. We’ll be right back at the sewing machine for you. Ruby: So we’re at the sewing machine and we’re ready but I wanted to say that we put in some pins so that we could hold the, sorry Rob: Binding, it’s called binding.
Ruby: So we could hold the binding together to the quilt so we can sew it easily. Rob: Ya, ya Ruby: Easy Rob: Those pins are going to keep it more organized, so Ruby: Ya. Rob: Ok, so are you ready to start sewing? Ruby: Ya Rob: Sure.
And I’m going to stop Ruby at the corner so we can show the cameras a little bit better angle of how we’re going to handle this corner. But when we do a binding, I mean miter. So she’s sewing right along the edge. And you’re going to come about a quarter of an inch. Let’s not cheat too much.
I’m going to stick my hands in here so don’t stitch me in. I want you to stop right about there for me. Right about white stripe gets wide again. Ok and stop. Now at this point you would normally do this all at the machine. But go ahead and cut your threads please.
Thank you. I want to show you how we came up with this fold. And sometimes it’s easier for me to show you if it’s not in the sewing machine itself. So you can see the stitch line. She used matching thread. So again matching threads makes it a little easier on a beginner because they don’t
have to worry so much if it shows or not. It was double fold it so the first fold on the corner becomes a miter style fold or a 45, right? Then what we’re going to be able to do is do the fold like we showed you on the first set up. So we folded it over.
But then when we bring it this way, would you get me a couple more pins ready please? Once we bring it this way we have this wonderful miter over here. So we’re going to take a pin at this moment because I’m not doing it at the machine, I’m going to pin it for her to make it easy. But normally we do that as we’re approaching on the corner. So let’s go ahead and come around here.
And that’s all you have to do to finish those corners and your quilt will be all but complete. But here she’s going to show you as if she’s sewing it from that corner on top. And she’s going to pivot at that new one. If you want to pre roll all of your corners and pre pin you certainly could. You can take a couple of stitches back.
So yep, it’s the big button. There you go. One, two, stop, ya you did it. Nice. Ok now you’re going to go ahead and lift your foot, remember? Ruby: That?
Rob: Nope sorry we don’t want to cut. We’re going to lift. Ruby: And spin. Rob: I’ll hold the way. Rotate. Presser foot back down.
And then she’ll continue sewing on through that corner. Ruby: It’s more wide right here. Rob: That’s ok. Ruby: Ok Rob: Ya, however you like it. There you go. We chose the two inch because it’s a little wider than average.
And it actually made it so much easier to handle with our fingers in there. And a lot of it, like I said, was really. Ruby did all of her sewing for her quilt all by herself with just a little instructions from across the room. So I was very pleased with how well she did. Ok, fantastic.
Let’s do this here. And I tell you what. Why don’t you tell everybody your favorite part of making this quilt real quick? Ruby: My favorite part was probably doing the stitch in the ditch. Rob: And why did you like the stitch in the ditch so much? Ruby: Because I thought that I was really good at it and it was really fun because I
was actually using the thread that’s basically close to my favorite color. So. Rob: Well I want to say I felt that she was very good at the stitch in the ditch too. She took it nice and slow. She kept her hands spread to keep that seam wide open. And it really turned out lovely.
We’re very proud of the quilt we’ve made here. The doll is incredibly comfortable underneath it. She tells us every morning when she wakes up. Rob: And we are so excited to have career day happening. And you’ll have to check out our doll bed skirt and ruffle coming up real soon. We’ll catch you next time at... Ruby: Man Sewing!
Rob: Give me hive! Nice. Ruby: What’s a hive? Rob: That was a hug and five at the same time. Ya, now we’re going to have to have a blooper reel for that.

Hello everyone, It’s Sandra with the DisneyCarToys channel and today we are going to play with
the awesome, darling, doll furniture set. It’s made by KidKraft and they make the best doll furniture. I have already filmed the KidKraft doll wardrobe which stored Lucy’s clothing and I’ve filmed a bunk bed too. But this is really cool. It’s a baby crib and a high chair all in one and you can get
either pink or red. I bought the red one. This set works with 18 inch dolls which is perfect because I have to model our bed set and high chair are baby-alive Charlotte doll and of course, Lucy, she’s my favorite. So, hopefully they can help me build it too but I don’t know. I’ll be back in a sec. Ta Da! We did it!
And the babies helped. It wasn’t too hard to make either. We have our lovely crib and high chair, and I love the red colors too. So let’s take a look at our high chair first. Let me show you how sturdy this thing is. There’s a bar at the bottom that kind of hold both legs together. And a bar right here which also helps hold
it together but it’s also a nice baby footrest. And then we have a nice little top which opens up so you can easily put your baby inside, slip them in and out for meal time. And the seat is a really nice fine wood, too. I just like the color combination too. The white and red just seems really classy. And here’s
our baby crib. It’s got a nice old school look to it, and it rocks and you can actually rock it like a lot. See how’s it’s tipping a lot, but it won’t tip over, it’s safe for your baby doll. It comes with this cute little polka dot pillow, blanket, and then this mat too just to make the bed soft for the baby. I like to bars
too, so the baby won’t escape from the crib. That’s really handy. And then on the side you can kind of see just how well made it is. It’s put together really study. Now let me grab out babies. Here’s Charlotte and Lucy. I just want to make sure they both fit. You can put two dolls in here at once. And let’s give
them a little rock! Well now that they’re good and dizzy, let me take Lucy out, I’ll give her a little snack in the high chair. And we’ll put Charlotte to bed. Let’s fix her legs! Get her under the comfy blanket here, and look, she closes her eyes for bedtime, were Lucy doesn’t do that so Charlotte’s a good baby. Let’s
rock her a little bit. Go to sleep! Oh, man! I think she fell asleep right away. I barely need to rock her. Just want to give her a couple good pushes just to make sure. And now for Miss Lucy here, I have a very, very special treat. So let’s get her into the high chair, just lift up the table part and kind of tuck
her head in to because she’s a little tall and I don’t want to bonk her head. That would be awful! Um, and then let’s see. Adjust her feet, and see, she fits in here perfectly. It’s great for Baby Alive, but also for American Girl doll too. Let’s give her a plate, and her special treat is real baby food! Check
it out, Lucy, that’s what you’re eating! I don’t know, hopefully she’ll like it, and here’s a spoon. Oh, Yeah, I love real baby food because it’s actually edible! I love this new high chair too! Well, since you like baby food I guess I’ll give you a lot. Here we go, it looks kind of yummy. I feel like the queen of the world in this
tall high chair! Oh, Lucy, you always act like the queen of the world anyways. Okay, let’s hold this up and open up! Nom nom nom! Yum! Nom nom nom! Mmm, yummy! Gosh, that’s so good! Give me more! Yeah, yeah, yeah, mmm hmm! It’s so good! Woah, you really are hungry today! So much better than yucky
slime! I can’t believe how much you’re eating! Now I’m thirsty! Give me water, give me juice now! Woah, Lucy you’ve got to be patient. Now here’s a bottle of water, I’m out of juice so this is all I have here. *slurps* So much better! Woah, you’re making a mess! Oh gross, I should have just used a bib. And
let’s check out, oh my goodness ew! You’re leaking out your diaper! I think that’s pee. Lucy! Ha, ha, I drank too much! Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha. Oh, Lucy! Look what you left behind! It’s gross pee and this is brand new, too. Boy, I feel like I’m changing a Lucy diaper every day! Oh, Lucy! When are you going to be potty
trained for real? Let’s take a…oh! Gross! Tee hee! Yay! Poopy! Poopy! Wow, you peed a lot. There’s not much poo in here, but maybe that’s to come later which, ew I don’t want to clean that diaper! Okay, let’s just wipe you down. Ew, it’s like totally stuck to your butt! Gross, gross, gross! Oh, so gross.
Let’s see. And the worst part Lucy is that you peed all over your dress, and this is a new dress too so let’s take it off, and I think we’ll have to put you straight into your jammies, and I’ve got to wash this later. Yay! Naked! What’s that? No, no, I don’t want to pajamas! No, no! Get away from me! I don’t want pajamas,
no! Let go, no! Well, sorry Lucy, it’s bed time! No, get me away from these pajamas no! Let me go, no! Lucy, if you just lie down and stop wiggling around so much, it would be so much easier, and we’d be done by now. Can you just stop wiggling? No, I don’t want bed time! Oh, Lucy, Lucy, let’s just
get you ready for bed with a nice clean diaper. Now I’m all clean, but I still don’t want to go to bed! No! Oh, look baby Charlotte’s in my crib! It’s my crib! Get out of it Charlotte! This is my crib! I need to go to bed, this is mine! Please stop! What? Lucy, don’t do that, Charlotte’s just a baby she needs
sleep! She’s in my crib! Get out Charlotte this is mine! I want to be in it! Fine, Lucy, we’ll get Charlotte out, I just don’t want you hurting her! Oh, Charlotte does your head hurt? I’m sorry Lucy was rocking you around a lot in this crib. Yay! I have the bed to myself and I want to do a cannon ball into the crib! No, Lucy you
can’t cannon ball into the crib, you go in there really nicely! I want to do a cannon ball! Wee! Oh, oh, oh, oh! Oh, that wasn’t a good idea. Oh, Lucy, you’ve really got to learn how to listen. Let’s just get you down for bed already. I’m tired. Ooo, I’m wobbling everywhere! Oh, makes me sick! Zzz! Zzz! Lucy
is asleep, so mission accomplished. Well I hope everyone enjoyed this toy review of the KidKraft darling doll furniture set. If you did, give me a like and subscribe to the DisneyCarToys channel. In the comments let me know if you think Lucy is a difficult baby. Okay, is she gone? Is she gone now? Okay, I’m busting
out of this joint, okay! Let’s see, ehh, no I can’t get out that way, okay let’s go this way. Oh, okay! Oomph! Not a good idea. Click on a picture to watch another fun toy video or click on the question mark.
- [Voiceover] Hi everyone, welcome to Evie's Toy House.
Today, we have a Shopkins Shoppie, we have Sara Sushi here. So, we're going to be using Sara Sushi to make a custom shoppie, and the custom shoppie that I'm going to make is Marionette from the Miraculous Ladybug.
So, Sara Sushi has the pigtails that looks just like Marionette, so I think she will look really cute as a custom Marionette. All right, let's get started. All right, so the first thing I'm going to do
is take off her outfit, because we won't be needing that. Marionette actually wears pants, and so we're going to paint that in instead. I'll take that off, and we're also gonna take off the hair accessories,
so up here I'm gonna take that off with an Exacto knife. So, so sorry, we're going to have to cut these off. And I'm going to take some white paint and cover up her headband. So, Marionette has dark blue hair,
so I'm gonna do that first, and we're going to be very careful not to paint her face because I want to leave her face unpainted. Next, we're going to paint her white shirt, and also her white cuffs. Once the white is dried we're going to paint
Marionette's black shirt over it. Next, we're going to paint her pink pants, and then her light pink shoes. For the laces, I'm going to use black. We're gonna add some pink flowers on Marionette's shirt. Now for her eyes we're going to paint it
with two different tones, so we're going to start with the darker blue, and then the lighter blue. So, here is my completed Marionette from the Miraculous Ladybug using Sara Sushi, so what do you think of Marionette as a Shoppie?
Do you like her? So, I think Sara Sushi's body was a really good one to use because she has these really cute pigtails and it looks just like Marionette's pigtails. The blue hair and also her outfit turned out pretty cute, and the eyes look good too,
so the eyes are still Shopkins eyes, they're just blue now. So, let me know down below in the comments section what you think of my custom Marionette Shoppie. Also, let me know which character you would like me to create a Shoppie for.
All right, I'll see you guys next time, bye.
Alright baby today I'm taking you shopping. Whoa Toby slow down. You're a crazy driver.
Alright, I found the only thing you need. I think we need 20 boxes. Wow. Toby. Don't talk about me wearing diapers. That's embarrassing. Well you do go potty in your diaper every five minutes. Stop putting diapers in the cart. I need other things like toys, lots of toys, more toys, maybe some cool girly outfits and some baby food. Ok here's some yucky baby food. Ew! You got me mac cheese and broccoli. Don't they sell baby ice cream in a jar or something. No but you have one attached to you. Mmm.Yeah. This is better.
They should sell this to babies all the time. An put them in baby food jars. Now I'll pick out a cute outfit. Heee heee heee. Toby will never find me. This looks good. Here you go. Oh no! The baby's gone! Where's the baby? I lost the baby! I got to look for her. Where's the baby. Yay! Toy aisle. What should I get? Hmmm. A new stroller, and holy cow! More baby alive dolls! Hey friends...oh you're upside down. Oh look at this baby sucking her thumb. I got to buy this, and more babies. I got to buy you guys. Especially the mermaid baby.
And then I'll buy you. Baby all gone doll...And I'll buy you! I'm in baby heaven. Found you! Come here. And don't you run away again! Oh no. You aren't supposed to put me back in the cart. I need to stay with my baby friends. No you don't. You stay in here. Can you at least put the dolls in the cart. Let's buy all of them. No way. Only one. Here you go! At least you got her. She's my favorite. Let's check out before you run away again.
Hello everybody, how are you?
This is Andreja and today I am bringing you another episode of my Eye Making series So we have the bases which we made in the previous episodes As you can see I already started colouring them I will use any nail art that I have around be it gems, pearls and stickers There are many ways to colour the eyes and today I will show you a few different options So I start by applying a thin layer of Liquitex Matte Medium
This is to create a nice texture for our materials to stick on Now let it dry Then I start painting the iris with a nice baby blue colour You can use acrylics or gouache paints Now I draw the rim of the iris with some pencils It doesn't matter what type of pencils you use, any will do the job
Next I start adding some brown pastel in the middle Now I glue a blue gem in the middle of the iris for this step I use regular PVA glue Now that the glue has dried I paint the gem with brown acrylic paint As you can see, I don't paint it completely because I really want to keep a bit of a blue halo effect from the gem
And now it is time to sprinkle some shimmer Alright now let's paint some other eyes You can use almost any materials that you want Here I am adding some blue pearlescent pigment while the brown paint (later on) is just regular acrylic paint As you can see there is no strict rule, I am just testing different styles to see what I personally like
Okay now let's have some fun with some stickers Eyes don't need to look realistic if you don't want to. You can go as crazy as you want Cool! So when you are happy with the eye designs it is time to make the cornea of the eye For that we will use Lisa Pavelka Magic Glos To cure it, we will need a simple UV nail lamp Now slowly add the gloss
If you see any bubbles, make sure to pop them with a toothpick All done! So let's turn on the lamp and let the gloss cure for 3 minutes And this is the result! I think making your own eyes is a great idea when you can't find the exact colour or style that you want I am only a beginner at eye-making so I will make sure to share any new findings or techniques that I'll learn As usual if you liked this video give it a thumbs up, comment and share
Also massive thanks to my Patreon family who are making all these videos possible Oh and before I forget! If you ever use my tutorials to support your own projects Let me know by using this hashtag on Instagram or Twitter That way I can see your creations and maybe even repost it :D So this is it! Thank you so much for watching, take care and I will see you again next week. Bye! :)
They're... still in the box, because we're starting the video. We're getting confuzzled
- we don't even know what number video we're up to now. No idea. Welcome to the Gracie and Mommy Show. Today we're reviewing... Bratz! More Bratz dolls! If you've been watching out doll hunts, you know that the entire doll budget - and what's this, they're working out, and they're not wearing makeup! What is this! What kind of fashion doll line is this? A realistic doll line. So yeah, it's amazing. Look, they're not just like doing yoga or working out with tiny weights or something, they're legit like
going hiking, no pink, wearing sneakers, I mean she's wearing pink - but you know, it doesn't mean you can't wear pink, if you like pink you can wear pink, but it doesn't mean you have to wear pink. I mean she's doing yoga but they're all like going hiking and going running and they're not wearing any makeup! I mean they might be wearing a little lip gloss, but look at her eyes. They're not like, you know, full on - I'll get a doll to compare it when they're out of the box. Oh okay, alright. So this is the Fierce Fitness
line. Now for some reason there's only three of them. There's no Sasha. There's no Sasha, so there's Jade, Yasmin, and Cloe. So Cloe likes to hike, so I love to hike in the hills with my besties. So she would get along very well with my brother Michael, he's a huge hiker with his dog Angel. Not so much with people - he likes to hunt with Angel. And Angel's pretty cool, she will totally stare down a black bear and protect my brother. She rocks. And this is so cute. And then we've got Yasmin, and Yasmin is into - I got comparison
dolls. Yasmin is into yoga, which is very very good for your mind and soul. And Yasmin has got that sort of hippy vibe thing going on. All natural, yeah, she's a natural girl. Or more like a hippie girl. Namaste girls, let's unplug. and then, Jade is into running - who's wearing pink, but -- But there's nothing wrong with wearing pink! I like pink! I know, but still, it's typical... Yeah but she's not in pink! I don't know, anyway Jade is - she's a runner, so she's all dressed up to go out for it looks like maybe some long
distance running. It's fun to run, I feel good, #IAmStrong #IAmEpic and I am confident, and she's got like a water bottle and her visor and all that kind of good stuff. So we're gonna get these girls out of the box so we can take a closer look at them. I'm still so surprised they're not wearing makeup! Gracie's really obviously very impressed with the fact that these dolls are doing something athletic and so they're wearing less makeup, because you shouldn't wear a lot of makeup when you're going to be sweating and working
out. No eye makeup, just maybe some lip gloss. Ehh, they have - I dunno if that's eye makeup or not, we're not sure. We're not sure, but it's not a lot of makeup. That might be their eyelashes. So anyway, we're gonna get them out of the box and we'll be right back! And they're out of the box! I can't get her visor to stay on. On well. Can you help me? Okay. Let me see if I can get the - now who else, okay, so Jade also has a visor, cause she plays outside. Okay. I got the visor to stay on, but - okay so the visors are popping
off of their heads. Their heads are too big for the visors. I got it on, but - oh, nevermind. #SoProfesh. Forget the visors. Okay so they come with visors that we can't get but that's okay, who needs a visor. Okay so Cloe is a hiker, so she's got this awesome sort of camo outfit goin'. She's got the high socks, she's got capris, let's pray she's got some bug spray on those calves. Very important thing I want to point out to all you critics out there - look at her sneakers. They're good hiking sneakers, they're also flats. Those
of you who would've expected - let me get a normal sneaker - these dolls to have high heeled sneakers, cause they're Bratz dolls, there's been changes. Cloe comes with -- -- Cloe also comes with a really cool canteen -- Look, this is what a normal sneaker looks like. Look at Cloe's sneakers! It's a miracle! She has this camera, which almost looks sorta like an action cam kinda, like maybe it goes underwater, it hangs on this little thing,
like maybe a GoPro-ish, and then she's got this awesome hiking backpack. It's green, not pink, it's a miracle! She's ready! She also came with the brush cause they all come with the brush. Yasmin is into yoga, as we said, so she's got a nice yoga outfit - oh, she's also got deuces booty in a big way. At least she's got underwear. Yeah they have underwear painted on, by the way, which is nice. Okay there we go. I don't want to wrestle off her jacket to try and get it back on, but the jacket does come off, she's got yoga
pants, she's got flat sneakers on, very cool. I'm very proud of MGA. She's got her brush, she's got a water bottle cause she's gotta stay hydrated while you yoga. I salute you, MGA, for not making them have like a ton of makeup. Gracie is just over the moon about this particular release from the Bratz guys. And then she's got -- I'm just happy! I know, you're very in love with Bratz. This is her gym bag with her yoga mat, so I already put it in there, but check it out. It actually un-rolls and it kinda feels spongey like a
yoga mat. It feels like a real yoga mat! It feels like a real yoga mat, and it's almost - at least they - I mean, okay, so that's actually not - guys, that's actually not that bad. It's better than the Monster High towel. Better than the Monster High towels, I must say. That was like a face - that's not bad. That's pretty darn long. So she's all set for her yoga, and then Jade... She can do yoga on it, totally. She can totally do yoga on it. And then Jade is all set for a run, except she's not gonna wear her visor, because
it does not stay on. Also she's not gonna wear a ton of makeup. Nope. And she's got her hair in pigtails so it won't be like smacking her in the face, and her jacket comes off, and she's got this cool little runners outfit on. She's got running shoes with the B logo, so they're all Bratzified. C'mon, c'mon camera, there we go. And she has also a water bottle. Remember Cloe had a canteen. She's got a green water bottle which is very cool. She's got this sort of purse gym baggy thing. She does have a headband, in case - like a head sweatband
thing. Gracie's like no, please. Oh it has velcro here. Oh, pfff. Look at us, trying to be realistic. #SoProfesh. And the cutest darn MP3 player... So okay, so it's a plastic MP3 player, but look! It's got little earbuds, and the little earbud things go in her little earring holes, so it looks like she's wearing her MP3 player! That is so cute! These are so adorable. I'm like, you can see I'm towards the end of the day, I'm like oh my God I can't sit up anymore. We had some problems with the headband. Yeah. You get the idea. You
get the idea - just believe us. So there's Jade. Wait, we gotta do a comparison. We do. In case you're not believing that they're not wearing makeup or something. Okay, so this is Jade - this is original Jade. This is original Jade because the other had bangs and you couldn't really see her face. Okay. So this is original Jade, and this is Fierce Fitness Jade. See? There's a - c'mon camera. See, there's a difference. See, that's what a Bratz doll
looks like without makeup. Now we're gonna do Yasmin - there's Yasmin, so this is Fierce Fitness Yasmin, and this is Hello My Name is Yasmin. That's Selfie Snaps Yasmin. There you go. And Cloe - this is Selfie Snaps Cloe. I feel like Cloe you can see the biggest difference. Yeah, you think? Okay. Okay yeah, she's got like no eyeshadow, and yeah. A few less eyelashes, yeah, you're right. So very cool. This was a very very well thought out line. I'm proud - I'm just proud of MGA
for not going the route of giving them a ton of makeup and just dressing them in some "workout clothes." So comment down below, let us know which one is your fave. Is it Cloe, Yasmin, or Jade? We keep comin' in on - we're always like Jade, Jade, Jade. Jade is just the best. I gotta go Cloe on this one. Jade is the best Bratz. I love Cloe's outfit, I just think she looks totally cute and woodsy and ready to rock a hike. And I like how - I'm just happy that they didn't toss a ton of makeup on them and put them in a workout outfit and claim that
they're working out. Me too. I totes agree with ya Gracie. I also - flat Sneakers, I mean, you guys - you rocked it. Totally rocked it out. Good job. Good job. Alrighty Gracie, until they see us next time, where can they follow us? Facebook, Instagram, Periscope and Twitter. Follow us those places, don't be a hater. Thank you so much for watching, please comment, like, and subscribe, and we will see you again real soon. Bye! Bye!
